Our vision of cuisine in the LANGHE

The Langotto restaurant offers modern cuisine that looks to tradition and interprets it with passion.

Otto Lucà, the chef, combines his Piedmontese roots with his knowledge of French cuisine, creating reasoned dishes, always respecting the raw material and creating combinations that combine the excellence of our country with the technique of transalpine cuisine.

A clear and simple style that tends to enhance each ingredient without distorting its nature.

Fish, meat and vegetables are processed in the best possible way to bring our most personal expression of cuisine to the table.

Elisa takes care of everything that is which concerns the oenological part and combines the excellent local wines and not only with the chef's creations.
